Our service
Valley Automotive Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the address you provide when booking, across San Jose and the South Bay. Prices, service durations, and availability shown on this site are estimates and may be adjusted based on your vehicle's actual size and condition.
Booking & scheduling
Appointment times are confirmed at the time of booking based on real-time availability. We'll contact you using your preferred contact method if we need to adjust your appointment. Please ensure a vehicle is accessible (e.g. not blocked in a garage) and that we have working access to water and power if required for your service, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone number or email on our Contact page. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service, using a method arranged with our team. Coupon codes entered at booking are reviewed and applied manually before your appointment.
Vehicle condition
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. While we take great care with every vehicle, Valley Automotive Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, and will document any pre-existing conditions we notice before beginning work when practical.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
